Robbie Steinhouse

Robbie Steinhouse Robbie draws from his background in sales, computer programming and as a successful serial entrepreneur to assist clients in achieving better negotiated results. Robbie began his major account sales career with NCR in 1983, where he learned a great deal from NCR’s excellent sales and negotiation training, together with their processes and systems.

Experience as a serial entrepreneur has seen Robbie and his staff close many successful high level negotiations in his insurance, real estate and recruitment businesses. Robert’s insurance business has seen 18 years of complicated agreements between insurers and clients with unique business needs. Robbie began giving sales and negotiations training internally to his in-house sales team in property acquisitions and insurance broking. Since that time Robert has run in-house negotiation training across a broad range of industries, including clients such as: Axa Insurance, Coca Cola and ABTA Travel Magazine. Robbie’s extensive Executive Coaching experience with Sales Directors, Marketing Directors and business owners makes him a versatile consultant and facilitator both one on one and teams.

His passion for the human dimension of business led him to give up the executive role in his companies to focus entirely on coaching in 2002. Robert is a certified coach and a certified NLP trainer. With significant personal experience of high level negotiations along with sales management and NLP training, we believe that Robert’s combination of skills make him a unique consultant.
